Movement has always been a part of my life, from coaching gymnastics to hiking, surfing, and strength training. My passion is helping people feel strong, confident, and optimize their own health for the long haul.
Like many, my fitness journey has evolved over time. I’ve experimented with countless training programs and nutrition strategies, and after having two children, I thought I had it all figured out—until I hit my 40s. Suddenly, my body started changing in ways I hadn’t expected. (Who doesn’t love a good plot twist, right?) So, I dove deep into research, tested new approaches, and expanded my toolbox to support health, vitality, and longevity. Now, I’m here to share those insights with YOU.
