I am Maia. I am a Mom, an Exercise Physiologist, a Bikini Pro and an Online Behaviour Change Coach! I have always been active throughout my life, coaching gymnastics, now an avid hiker and surfer, and always knew I wanted to help people feel and look great in their own skin. My own fitness has had it's ups and downs, and I have done many different training programs and eating plans. After having my two children, I thought I had gotten to know my body and figured out what works for me...BUT then BOOM!! I hit my 40's and everything started to change. (Who doesn't love a plot twist lol) So I've been figuring it all out again, learning and implementing new strategies and expanding my toolbox. And I'm here to share it all with YOU!!
